Perched on a hill in the Little England area, this charming hotel offers breathtaking views of the valley below. Guests can admire the historic Italianate gardens, complete with pergolas, pools, and fountains. Rooms are elegantly decorated, with luxurious bed-linen and contemporary neutral shades. the attentive and friendly staff provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. the superb food at dinner and breakfast, prepared with local ingredients and a European flair, is a definite highlight. Guests can also enjoy cocktails from the observation view bar, taking in the stunning mountain vistas.

There seems to be a lack of attention to detail when it comes to maintenance, as seen in the mildew on shower tiles and the lack of sandblasting on the glass bathroom door, leading to a lack of privacy.

Amazing View and Spacious Rooms

The view is breathtaking. Rooms are big and lovely. Bed linens were very comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious. Additionally, the hotel is located in a very convenient location. The staff was also very pleasant and welcoming.

No one confirmed our reservation and the phone numbers provided did not work. We lost our deposit because no one ever came back to us.

The staff were not always attentive and could have been more friendly. the price was a bit expensive considering there were limited amenities offered and the hotel was a bit remote.
